Amit Oz & Celine Herren - Founders of Conspiracy Chocolate

Then founded Conspiracy Chocolate in Hong Kong, a bean-to-bar chocolate maker specialised in good flavour, through combination of traditional technique with modern food science and culinary arts.
Celine's palate is the secret ingredient to Conspiracy’s success at balancing flavours, while her skill at discerning flavours and balance was further developed after being accredited as a Level 2 Chocolate Taster.
They believe in challenging the conventional. Conspiracy Chocolate is a tribe of daring souls on a sensory voyage.
