Chandrakant Mohanty is the Founder & Director of Social Unlimited Limited which operates Mizunara The Library and Mizunara The Shop. Having started his whisky journey in 1999 when he visited Tokyo in Japan and tried a Yamazaki Single Malt 12 years. Mr. Mohanty was taken up with the complexity of the Single Malt Whisky right from the first instance. Driven by his further discovery of this fine spirit over the next 15 years, it was but natural that in 2015, he embarked on establishing Mizunara: The Shop as a specialist importer, distributor & retailer of fine spirits and operator of Mizunara: The Library, a Japanese Whisky & Cocktail bar in Hong Kong.
Mark Skinner was born in England, his whisky journey started since 1982 when he was living in Scotland, Mark regularly hosts whisky tastings for private events, clubhouses, renowned restaurants in Hong Kong. As well as professional staff training for hospitality companies of all sizes and educational masterclasses.
