Caviar is the first of the world's three major delicacies (caviar, truffles, and foie gras). Sturgeon appeared on this continent 150 million years ago and is known as the living dinosaur of the fish world. Known as "black gold" due to the scarce resource output and high price, caviar is traditionally the most extravagant delicacy in the international market, and one carat of caviar is better than one carat of diamonds.

Vanta Black has the exclusive right to use the Shanqiao Reservoir in Zhouning County, Ningde, Fujian, China. Zhouning County is known as "Natural Air-Conditioned City", and Channel Power Limited has its own giant sturgeon farm. The breeding area is as high as 3,000 mu, and the existing cage farming area is 21,600 square meters. There are 30,000 sturgeons, which can stably produce more than 50 tons of 12-year-old caviar every year.
